The cookie layer is made with butter, sugars, an egg, peanut butter, flour, and chocolate chunks, while the brownie layer includes melted chocolate, butter, sugars, eggs, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. They are baked together for a delectable treat.

Instructions

1: Prepare the cookie layer: Combine melted butter, brown and granulated sugar, egg, and peanut butter. Whisk until smooth. Add flour and chocolate chips and place in the fridge.

2: Prepare the brownie layer: Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs. Add the melted chocolate & egg and whisk to combine. Fold through the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Do not over mix.

3: Assemble: Layer half the brownie mixture into a lined baking tray (20x20cm baking tray) and add half the cookie mixture. Add the rest of the brownie mixture and repeat with the remaining cookie mixture.

4: Bake at 175C for 40-45 minutes.
