Giant Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These giant cookies are stuffed with a mouthwatering crunchy peanut butter filling. Super simple and just a little splendid, you can’t go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter! Perfect for a sweet treat.
1: Preheat the oven to 175C fan assisted.
2: Place 12 dollops of peanut butter on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate.
3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until the mixture is smooth.
4: Add in the eggs and whisk until fully incorporated into the cookie dough.
5: Whisk in the baking soda, baking powder, flour, and cocoa powder until no clumps remain.
6: Surround each dollop of peanut butter in cookie dough.
7: Bake for 16 minutes.
8: Allow the cookies to cool slightly before removing from the cookie sheet, serve and enjoy!
