Gooey Brownies

1: Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.

2: Microwave butter and half the chopped chocolate (100g) until melted.

3: Once cooled, add sugar, vanilla, and eggs and whisk until silky.

4: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.

5: Fold in the remaining chocolate and pour into a lined baking tray.

6: Spoon in the peanut butter and lightly swirl the two mixtures together using the back of the spoon. Don’t over mix!

7: Bake for 40-45 minutes at 175°C.
