Instructions

1: Make the cream by whisking all the ingredients together in one bowl, place it in a zip lock bag to pipe and set it aside in the fridge while making the pastry.

2: Cut the pastry into 6 even squares. Fold each corner to make triangles and brush them with plenty of melted butter on the top and bottom.

3: Bake at 170C until golden for about 10 minutes.

4: Pour melted honey on top as soon as they are out of the oven and still hot.

5: Once they are cool, pipe the cream in the middle and press them into a bowl of chopped pistachios on each side, covering the cream.

6: Serve with a squeeze of honey!
