A delicious viral chocolate bar filled with a buttery pistachio pastry, combining semi-dark chocolate with crispy kataifi and rich pistachio paste, perfect for chocolate lovers.
1: Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Pour half in a lined cake tin, or any mould. Refrigerate.
2: Chop kataifi pastry, add to a pan and toss with butter until golden. Take off the heat and add runny pistachio paste.
3: Add it to the chilled chocolate mould and top with the rest of the chocolate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
